Everything you tell Grownuping stays on this iPhone, unless you choose to send a question through Ask. There’s no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your iPhone

Your six-tap profile, your check answers, your score, your plan, the steps you mark as done and your care reminders are saved on this iPhone only. We never see them.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled by your iPhone. Nothing is sent to us to make them work.

“Ask about this”

Ask is the only feature that sends anything to us. When you send a question, the app sends just two things to our Ask service: which how-to card you’re on and the question you typed. It never sends your profile, your answers or your score.

Our Ask service passes the card and your question to a third-party AI model to write the answer, then sends the answer back. We don’t keep your question, but the AI provider handles it under its own terms. Please don’t type names, addresses or other personal details into a question.

To keep Ask fair and affordable, the app also sends a random install number and the app version, and the service sees your internet (IP) address, as any website does. It keeps only scrambled forms of the number and the address, in usage counters that expire within two days, and uses them for nothing else.

Purchases

Grownuping Plus is bought through Apple. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or your Apple Account. The app only learns whether Plus is on.

No tracking

There are no ads, no analytics, no third-party tracking and no advertising identifier. We don’t sell your data. The only thing that reaches anyone else is a question you choose to send through Ask.

Sharing your score

If you tap Share, the app makes an image of your score and top area on the iPhone, and you choose where it goes. Nothing is shared unless you send it.

Deleting your data

Check › Delete all my data removes everything from this iPhone straight away and cancels your reminders. Deleting the app does the same. A Plus purchase stays with your Apple Account, so Restore brings it back.

Children

Grownuping is made for adults and isn’t directed at children.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app with a new date. Questions are welcome through the support link on the App Store page.
