What’s free, and what is Plus?

The check and your score are free, forever, along with the how-to card for your first step and every safety card. Grownuping Plus adds your full step-by-step plan, repeating care reminders and Ask about this. Plus is $19.99 a year (renews automatically until you cancel) or $29.99 once for lifetime access.

How do I restore Plus on a new iPhone?

Open the paywall and tap Restore with the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel the yearly plan in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My reminders don’t arrive

Reminders are local notifications. Check that notifications for Grownuping are allowed in Settings › Notifications, and that the reminder is turned on in the app.

Ask about this says it’s resting

Ask has fair-use limits and a daily budget. Try again later; every how-to card still works without it.

How do I delete my data?

Check › Delete all my data removes everything from this iPhone straight away. Deleting the app does the same.
